What is Agile Circles Indonesia?

We are a non profit community powered by Ekipa Indonesia. Since 2016, Agile Circles has hosted (bi-) weekly meetups and actively spark agile in Indonesia.

The goal of our community is to inspire and bring practical experiences to help you grow in your agile journey.

Our Activities

Our meetups have several theme such as Agile, Leadership, Tech, Innovation and Transformation, covered by 1 or 2 short presentations and then an Open Space.

In Open Space, the audience picks topics, votes which one to be discussed, and then create group to discuss the topic with a facilitator. We held monthly meetup in Jakarta and sometimes in Bandung.

We organize 2 or 3 meetups in a month. The time is from 7 PM – 9 PM on weekdays.

We created webinar session when COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia is getting serious and PSBB is enforced. We try to find ways to keep the interaction and discussion between community members and came up with conducted webinar session.

Webinar session is conducted at least once a week, with topics about Agile, Leadership, Tech, Innovation and Transformation, covered by 1 or 2 short presentation and then question and answer session. The time is 7 PM – 8 PM (for 1 speaker) and 7 PM – 9 PM (for 2 speakers) on weekdays.

We encourage each of our community member to be proactive on joining the conversation and discussion in every event.

In #CurhatAgile, together with Ekipa Agile Coaches we facilitate a place and media for our community member to connect with each other and get involved in every conversation.

We hear what our community think of certain topic and also their challenges so that we can learn from each other and share our experiences with different background and perspective.
